Yesterday, at the spot in West Adams, the next phase of the Small Lots, Big Impacts initiative launched. and released a Request for Information (RFI). The RFI process will select development teams to acquire private parcels of land and build up to three Missing Middle homeownership projects in the City of LA. We’re excited to see the next phase of the work.

Last fall, we were proud to bring the “Hope has an Address” Housing Showcase to Altadena alongside Today, published a story highlighting how that showcase helped inform families recovering from the wildfires that prefab can be a tool as they look to return home.
