IAW Members and guests attended the Centerstage Confidence Event held on November 30, 2023, at Madnani Theater in Hollywood.

The charismatic Keynote Speaker and Confidence Coach Karen A. Clarke took the stage with a commanding presence and voice that resonated with passion and effortlessly captured the audience's attention.

Emmy Nominated TV Host and IAW Vice President Tanya Memme Introduced the "Pay It Forward: 30 Days to Confidence on Camera" challenge which offered attendees the opportunity to step up, voice their passion, and own the stage.
