People Assisting the Homeless - PATH For more than 40 years, PATH has worked to end homelessness for individuals, families and communities across California.

PATH's mission is to end homelessness for individuals, families, and communities. We do this by building affordable housing and providing supportive services throughout California. Since 2013, we've helped more than 7,000 people move off the streets and into their own permanent homes.

Thanks to the generosity of Cane Real Estate and Cane Cares, our food pantry received a donation of nutritious food that will help support participants across our outreach, interim housing, and supportive housing programs.

As food costs continue to rise and more households face food insecurity, donations like these help ensure our participants have access to nutritious food and essential resources when they need them most.

We're grateful for community partners who step up to support our neighbors and strengthen our community. 💙

Advocates from across California and the nation came to DC last week to join the National Alliance to End Homelessness in urging Congress to provide modest increases in funding for proven solutions to homelessness.

California is one of many states that saw a reduction in unsheltered homelessness in 2025, thanks to federal, state, and local investments. We need to keep the momentum going!

Strong partnerships, real impact 💙

Thanks to our incredible partners at Jimbo's and Feeding San Diego, PATH was able to secure 40 cases of donated chicken to support meals at our interim communities in San Diego. With food insecurity on the rise and the cost of protein increasing, this kind of support makes a meaningful difference for the communities we serve.

For the past three years, Jimbo’s has shown up in a big way, and through this partnership with Feeding San Diego, even more food is reaching neighbors in need across the region.

This is what it looks like when community comes together: partners, volunteers, and organizations working side by side to meet urgent needs and support pathways to home.

Thank you for helping make this work possible.

Meet Steve! 💙 PATH first connected with Steve through our outreach program and later helped him transition into one of PATH's interim housing communities. There, he was connected to mental health services, housing navigation, and the support needed to begin rebuilding stability.

Through determination and ongoing work with his case manager, Steve secured a housing voucher, accessed supportive services, and moved into a home of his own. With help from community partners, he was also able to furnish his apartment and receive assistance with utility costs as he settled in.

Now that he has stability, he is working toward a career in security and recently completed his training. He has also been able to reconnect with his family and find the stability he had been seeking.

Welcome home, Steve! 🏡

❤️ A big thank you to Keller Williams Larchmont for spending the day serving lunch, playing bingo, and hosting fun activities at PATH's YWCA interim housing community as part of RED Day!

The residents enjoyed self-care hygiene kits, generously donated by Temple Akiba. These thoughtful kits provided essential items and support for individuals on their journey toward housing and stability.

We're grateful for community partners who show up, give back, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our participants.

💙 A huge shout-out to Brookfield Properties San Diego for their continued partnership and support of PATH!

Their incredible team assembled 100 hygiene kits for our outreach team, filled with essential items like socks, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, towels, ChapStick, and more. These kits will help our outreach staff connect with and support neighbors experiencing homelessness throughout the community.

We're grateful for partners like Brookfield Properties who continue to show up, give back, and make a meaningful impact. Thank you for helping us care for our unhoused neighbors!
