Florida already has the 3rd highest HIV rate in the country. Losing ADAP access could lead to thousands of preventable new HIV infections.

This is urgent. This is preventable. Florida must restore ADAP and make it permanent.

Today is the day to hold Gilead accountable. When a company extends patent exclusivities to protect profits, real patients pay the price — delayed access, higher costs, and fewer treatment options. Gilead’s board needs to answer for that. Vote YES on Proposal 6 and demand the report.

This decision is a step backward.
It removes protections that were put in place to prevent real harm to LGBTQ+ youth and gives space to practices that have been rejected by every major medical and mental health authority.

As gay men, we know this harm firsthand. This is not theoretical. It affects real people, real lives, and the next generation of our community.

We will continue to speak out and push for policies that protect, affirm, and support LGBTQ+ youth everywhere.

In Memory of Boom

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Noppakrit aka Boom, our beloved former Director of Operations for Impulse Bangkok. Boom brought his cheerful spirit and dedicated service to our organization, helping to strengthen our community through his commitment to our mission since January 2019. Beyond his contributions to Impulse, Boom was building a promising career in financial audit, demonstrating the same professionalism and integrity he brought to all aspects of his life. His warmth, positivity, and genuine care for others touched everyone who had the privilege of working alongside him. While we mourn this tremendous loss, we celebrate the joy he brought to our community and the lasting impact of his service. Boom’s memory will continue to inspire us as we carry forward the work he believed in.
