THE LA BEARDS Facial Hair Grooming Workshop:

Got an unruly moustache? Got fly away hairs on your face?
Join The LA BEARDS to learn some stylin' for your profilin'.
It will be an afternoon of camaraderie and expert instruction at Square Deal Barbershop Square Deal Barber Shop on Nov 7th.
Whether you are looking to master the perfect handlebar, tame unruly flyaways, or simply refine your daily grooming routine, this dedicated workshop offers a welcoming space for facial hair enthusiasts of all experience levels.
Members of The LA Beards will be on hand throughout the event to guide you through advanced styling techniques, recommend the best products for your hair type, and answer any questions you have about maintaining a pristine look.

Come down Square Deal Barbershop to swap grooming stories, learn from the local pros, and elevate your styling game alongside a community that shares your passion for the perfect sculpt.
*waxes, balms, hair dryers, hair spray, and combs will be provided. But feel free to bring your own!

The folks at Boomtown are an amazing team creating community (and brews!) within their walls, and have been incredibly generous to us and our cause.

Nestled in the heart of the vibrant Los Angeles Arts District, Boomtown Brewery stands out as a sprawling yet intimate industrial-chic venue perfect for any festive celebration.
This massive DTLA warehouse space seamlessly blends rustic wood decor, hanging greenery, and striking local art murals to create an energetic, welcoming backdrop.

We had amazing volunteers at the 2026 GREAT AMERICAN BEARD & MOUSTACHECHAMPIONSHIP presented by LIVE BEARDED, and they deserve some shine and gratitude.

Thank you Faythe Faythe Gutierrez for always being our amazing beardo wrangler! And of course your second line of duty, The Trophy Queen.
Thank you Paige .004 for also helping with the trophy presentation, as well as hold down the merch booth. You did an amazing job!

A BIG thank you goes to our scorekeeper Carmen Carmen. That is no easy task and you make it flow so well! Thank you so much for your attention to detail and keeping things in line on the "scoreboard".

Zack Zack, James, Scott, and Jessica, thank you all so much for manning set-up, and stuffing prize bags. You were a tremendous help and helped get the day set to go.

We want to give a big shout out to Square Deal Barber Shop Square Deal Barber Shop for hosting our Welcome Party and allowing us to spread out for check-in/pre-registration.
The space and the vibe was perfect...as always!

Of course, there is no championship without the judges to judge who the champions are!

What an amazing show! Such a great turnout of long-time community members, and fresh new faces experiencing a beard & moustache competition for the first time. Congratulations to all that came out and competed!
We cannot do the show on our own. It takes many hands and beards to put all this together. So, we would like to take this opportunity to say thanks and put a spotlight on them.

Thank you to Live Bearded for your support and genuine enthusiasm! Not only for our show, but for the entire beard community and the charity work that we are focused on (while looking "beardiful" of course!). It was great to partner with you and put on a great show for the community we love.
