Hi everyone! I’ve made a tradition of visiting a children’s group home around the holidays to create a beautiful feast with a lot of surprises for them. Most of these kids have been traumatized or neglected and really need to feel some extra love from us. It’s so heartbreaking to see the very few things they have. The house manger sat with each and every one of the kids or their moms and made a need list and a wishlist. If anyone wants to purchase anything off of the list it will directly be mailed to them. The shelter is called Holiday Helping Hands in Torrance. I’m so grateful to be able to hold my babies at night in my arms and I want to make them feel the love too. Several years back I read this sign on one of the little girls doors and pledged to do this every year. 💔

Let’s do this together! Let’s show them we care!

So every year, for thanksgiving, I get together with a bunch of friends, family and collect items for organizations like pacific lodge boys home and set up a special day for them. This year I’ve been in contact with Pacific Clinics and Hope for Kids in Ontario. I’ve identified 100 kids that are experiencing extreme hardship and desperately in need of some basic necessities and extra love. It’s so heartbreaking to see the very few things the state provides. If anyone wants to purchase anything off of the wishlist I will be visiting them shortly after Thanksgiving. I’m so grateful to be able to hold my babies at night in my arms and I want to make them feel the love too.

Every year I have a moment of doubt whether or not I should do this giveback event. Then, I begin looking back at the pictures from previous years and the answer becomes instantly clear. I’ll post some pics and the sign on one of the little girl’s doors that breaks my heart every time I read it 💔

Are you ready to make an impact with us this holiday season?

Every year the A.L.L. Campaign creates a special day filled with a feast and gifts for a local kids home. This year, we’re going to support children and transitional age youth who receive mental health services at Pacific Clinics. Over the last year, these children and transitional age youth dealt with depression, anxiety, trauma and anger control, and had psychiatric hospitalizations, risk of school expulsion, unstable housing, and substance use disorders. Unfortunately due to COVID regulations, we won’t be doing our traditional Thanksgiving feast. Let’s get together (virtually) and shower them with some important essentials from Amazon this season!

From now until November 30, EVERYONE can participate in supporting these kids in need!

This beautiful little angle lost her battle to Sanfilippo disease on Sunday and the ALL campaign is fundraising to support the family and cover the burial services. Our hearts are with her family and the LBC team. 🙏🏼😢
