We’re coming together to give back in a big way—beautifying and greening a local school campus in honor of Harvey Milk’s legacy of service and community.

On March 19th, our wonderful G4G volunteers brought their joy and assistance to Saban Theater in Beverly Hills for a benefit performance put on by THE OCEAN: OUR LIQUID UNIVERSE.
The iconic Lily Tomlin and Sharon Stone were presenting speakers.
Our volunteers had the pleasure of assisting with parking needs, greeting and guiding guests, and helping with the silent auction.
This one-night-only theatrical event was performed by a 14 member all-star cast of Oscar, Emmy, Actor, Tony, and BAFTA nominees and winners. Conductor Anthony Parnther and Grammy Award-winning Composer Starr Parodi lead a 16-piece orchestra, with special guests Glass Animals' Dave Bayley, Amy Keys, Mehro, and Louis Price, former lead singer with both The Temptations and The Drifters.
The event was a great success benefiting our delicate ocean.

🌈 G4G LA Pride Build – June 6 🔨

We’re excited to partner with San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity for a special Pride Build in Altadena as they begin rebuilding after the recent fires.

To get a feel for what these builds are all about, check out this quick volunteer story—it really captures the spirit of showing up and making a difference together 💙
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ghouzBUqcOM

Our group will be helping rebuild a home and ADU for a long-time homeowner impacted—doing everything from framing and siding to painting and landscaping. No experience needed!

🗓 Saturday, June 6, 2026
⏰ 7:45AM – 3:30PM PDT

⚠️ Please note: This is a FULL-DAY build (longer than our typical 3–4 hour G4G events). We strongly encourage volunteers to commit to the full shift so we can make the biggest impact together.

This is a meaningful way to celebrate Pride Month with Gay For Good—showing up, giving back, and supporting our neighbors in Altadena.
