Our organization is a Non -Profit 501 (c) (3) tax exempt organization dedicated to empowering the unemployed and low income indivi
duals within the LOS Angeles through paid job training;employment placement assitance; and entreprenurship guidence. The N.M.C.S.C organizations proposes to obtain sole ownership of four (4) businesses that will allow the organization to become self sufficient. It is our goal to
utiitize these business to become a cataylst for decreasing unemployment and poverty within the county of Los Angeles. Additionally, we intent to assist those that have a criminal background, lack of employment history; or a history of substance abuse. which decreases their employibility and find employers who offer a second chance to those who wish to turn thier live's around. seeks to acquire:
1) A restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner;available drive through
and indoor seating
2)A construction company that specializes in both residential and commercal
properties.
3) A computer repair and electronic company that will conduct seminars and sell merchandise.
4) Retail storefront that carries both personal and househlod items. The after mentioned businesses herein will itnitially be operated by qualified Non-Client- professionals who will operate in managemnt and /or administrive capacitties. General staffing will consist of clients and will be hired from our existing client base. Non-Client will be hired on a as need basis and/or employed as contractor with specific terms and agreement. Our client will be employed on an average four (4) hour work days on a five (5) day week period;at a rate of 8-9 dollars a hour. Compensation terms will exclude holidays, absence, and lack of classes,and/or on the actual job site. Primary funding the Non-employee payroll will be allocated temporarily from participation in paid training ,from grants, donations, as well as revenue generated from client's work efforts. Thereafter, once N.M.C.S.C. becomes self substaining, Non-Client's payroll accounts will be funded by the income generated from our established businesses. Participants compensation will be funded equally by business income, grants and donation. We will encourage excellence in all our client's undertakings. We as a Community Service Center,will:

Furthermore, we will help our clients become wise stewards of the resources that are entrusted to them. We are committed to being a catalyst for the economic and social improvement towards the citizens in the Los Angeles basin. We intend to initiate and support our goals by formulating partnerships with:
City, County, and State agencies, corporations, entrepreneurs and other related training facilities. In addition. to the continuation of cultivating and expanding our relationship with these mentioned outsourcing affiliates and organizations ; by providing them with updated reports and holding yearly awards ceremonies and picnics which would include the participation our clients, stafffing, representives of our associate and partner, and our graduates.
