Happy World Mental Health Day. 💛

A little reminder for everyone today, you’re a person first. Take a breath, drink some water, and check in on yourself and on someone you care about.

You matter, today and everyday.

We’re excited to share that Abbracci Group is now featured in NxtGen Nexus’s Partner Spotlight!

As anybody who works in or with family business knows, when family and business intersect, HR decisions become more complex and more personal. That’s exactly the space we work in every day, helping family business owners and HR leaders make better people decisions without overcomplicating HR.

NxtGen Nexus builds community, tools, and a voice for the next generation of family business members and we’re honored to be one of their trusted partners for HR guidance and PEO support.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for HR Warrior: No Filter | Resilience & the Emotional Labor of HR.

Dr. Esmeralda "Yaya" Rendón shared research that a lot of you already knew in your bones: 62% of HR professionals are very likely experiencing burnout, another 12% are at risk, 74% report symptoms of low mood and depression, and 55% have considered leaving HR altogether.

Her line that stuck with all of us: "HR is a helping profession, and we have never been treated like one."

If you weren't able to join, you're not out of chances to be in a room full of people who get it. Catch us next:

Change fatigue isn't resistance, it's exhaustion. And exhaustion isn't a character flaw, it's a signal. The good news, from what we've seen coaching leaders at Abbracci: tired teams don't just recover. With the right support, they come back steadier and more resilient than before.

Our own Dr. Keri Ohlrich and Kelly Guenther will be digging into this alongside leaders from across the US, Canada, Mexico and Latin America at Leading Through Uncertainty, hosted by Jorge Perez of Integralia Network on September 24.

What's actually helped your team push through change fatigue? Drop it in the comments.
