Featured in Voice of OC: The Importance of Black Infant Health OC
Black Infant Health OC was created to address persistent maternal and infant health disparities and to provide a space where Black parents feel seen, heard, and supported throughout pregnancy and early parenthood. Over the past year, families participated in support groups, health education, care coordination, and community-building activities designed specifically to meet their needs. Many participants shared that these services filled a gap that had not been met elsewhere.
We remain deeply committed to advancing equity for Black families in Orange County and are grateful to everyone who continues to support, advocate for, and invest in this important work.
