Why do you dance? In times like these sometimes accessing our body feels like an extra challenge that we just don’t have the energy for. However, what did it mean to stay committed to our bodies? Because even when we try to stop, dance and movement always finds a way to us.

What does it mean to live our reflections? To embody change? This month we are kicking off an Embodied book club in partnership with ! We are reminded by that The Body Is Not An Apology, and in this space we will resist body-based oppression, and put movement to our ideas and values weaving personal stories with collective wisdom and joy!
