We work with schools, workplaces, and community/senior centers to bring this fun and healthy pursuit to all walks of life. It's an inclusive sport that all can play, regardless of age, gender, skill level, income, religion, geography, or language.

1,000+ Tuesday nights at Westside TTC over the last two decades — that’s how many nights of intense, raucous, studious, sweaty table tennis has happened here, under the steady guidance of Wei & Diego who run the club.

It was the last Tuesday night here, though maybe will continue elsewhere. And the grand game continues on Fridays and Saturdays.

Keep on Swingin’! 🏓💪🏼

The Bay Area native won a record-setting SEVENTH US Nationals Men’s Singles title last night in San Jose.

He may make it look easy but he dug DEEP to emerge from a 3-2 deficit to win 4-3 over his US national teammate Nikhil Kumar. Congratulations to both of you amazing athletes! 💪🔥

Talkin' healthy brain habits and ping pong for an Alzheimer's Association event!

Key takeaway – your brain thrives on 3 things: Challenge, Movement, and Connection.

Puzzles, walking, reading are good but just offer one of those. Ping pong gives you all three, and it's FUN! So it's easy to repeat.

Happy WORLD TABLE TENNIS DAY! 🌍 🏓

The day is now marked every April 23rd around the world, promoted by the ITTF Foundation. This year 1092 registered events in 140 countries will celebrate table tennis as a unifying, accessible sport – including PongFit!

World Table Tennis Day emphasizes participation over competition and highlights the sport’s ability to connect people of all ages, backgrounds, body types, and skill levels. Ping pong is uniquely suited to bring together far-flung office workers and colleagues in today’s increasingly remote or hybrid work environment, or in any community. It’s portable, storable, and a helluva fun time!

Everyone can have a place at this table. 🏓✌🏼

An intense table tennis match can be exhausting. 🥵

Same with an intense workday. Sweaty, sore, and depleted, ideally you’d have 30 minutes for a shower, cool drink, and a meal. But another match awaits you at the table. Or another client awaits your presentation in a Zoom room.

💪🏼 This is where ready position comes in. If you’ve strengthened yours through conditioning, reps, and mental training, fatigue doesn’t have to mean flailing.

Ready position allows:
⁃ Recovery without disengagement
⁃ Fatigue without collapse
⁃ Pause without loss of readiness

Practical tip: Build a 60-second reset ritual – three deep breaths, a shoulder shake-out, a focusing cue word or phrase – whatever works for you in real life.

Practice it in low-stakes moments so it's automatic when you're feeling depleted. 🏓🚀
