A More Balanced World ‘A More Balanced World’ supports promising, yet economically disadvantaged students around the world to stay in school and realize their individual potentials.

A More Balanced World has been formed to assist students, anywhere in the world, whose chances of obtaining an education and fulfilling their potential are extremely limited by economic disadvantage. The organization is founded on the belief that there is a great desire among many people of means to redress the imbalance in the world between the educational opportunities offered to the children of

privilege and those of the impoverished. With the strong conviction that awareness and education are keys to self sufficiency, human dignity, and a better future, A More Balanced World seeks to draw the link between the advantaged and the deprived, by sponsoring long- term solutions that support children in their educational goals. To identify the students in most dire need of assistance, the organization establishes affiliates within local communities around the world.

Saloni is a determined second-year student majoring in Artificial Intelligence and Data Sciences at the government Engineering College, Naragund in Karnataka, India. She lives with her parents and four siblings; her father being the sole wage earner.

Saloni is the first girl from her village and family to enroll in engineering. As a Siddi woman, her pursuit of a degree in a field that is rare among her community is commendable.

Prabhavati’s journey begins in Yellapur, India, where she grew up as the elder of two children and despite constant financial strain, has emerged as a remarkable young woman—disciplined, and motivated to change the course of her life through education.
 
Prabhavati’s academic excellence stands as a testament not only to her talent, but to her devotion to learning and desire to create opportunities that were never easily available to her. With her father’s modest income stretched thin, the path to university might have remained out of reach.
