Wanda Ndlovu is a South African–born, LA-based storyteller with global roots, a sharp eye for talent, and a love for stories that travel. His work spans casting on premium series including MATLOCK, THE LAST OF US (S2), and THE TERMINAL LIST (S2); consulting on global narratives such as SHAKA: KING OF THE ZULU NATION; and producing across digital and live platforms—from a digital game show for the OREGON SHAKESPEARE FESTIVAL to international live events like GLOBAL CITIZEN.

With over a decade of vast experience in TV & Film, Wanda has shaped stories with cultural fluency, creative instinct, and a deep commitment to championing talent - whether in the casting room or the producer’s chair.

Nicki Micheaux is an acclaimed actress who currently stars in the vampire horror film Night Patrol by Shudder and RLJ Entertainment. Micheaux is known for bringing strength and depth to every role she inhabits, and will next be seen in the upcoming seasons of Amazon’s Ballard and FX’s Snowfall Spinoff. With over 100 television episodes to her credit, including standout performances in Lincoln Heights, The Shield, In the Dark, and Animal Kingdom, she is a three-time NAACP Image Award nominee for Outstanding Lead Actress.

Micheaux made her feature directorial debut with Summer of Violence, which premiered at the American Black Film Festival and earned the Outstanding First Feature award at the Tallgrass Film Festival. Summer of Violence is currently available to stream on Tubi and YouTube. She is also an alumni of the Disney/Fox Directing Program.

Beyond her work as a writer and director, Micheaux is the founder and mentor of Elevate Creative Talents. Through her Hollywood Insiders community and masterclass, she supports independent filmmakers and actors by equipping them with the tools to build sustainable careers in today’s evolving entertainment industry
