Do You Naturally Apologize for Everything?
Sometimes “I’m sorry” becomes such a habit that we say it even when we’ve done nothing wrong.
You apologize for having feelings. For needing space. For saying no. For being upset. Even for things that were never yours to take responsibility for.
But a healthy relationship shouldn’t make you feel like you have to shrink yourself or accept the blame just to keep the peace.
There’s a difference between owning your mistakes and constantly carrying guilt that doesn’t belong to you.
You’re allowed to have needs, boundaries, opinions, and emotions without apologizing for them. ❤️
Do you ever catch yourself saying “sorry” when you don’t need to?
