Through collaborations with K-12 schools, colleges, and universities, we support teaching artistry, keynote speaking, facilitation, and community-building. We develop arts education programming, present live arts and education assemblies, and facilitate staff retreats, curriculum, and professional development.⁠

💜 Culturally Responsive Professional Development⁠
4C LAB facilitators and professional development workshops are at the forefront of effective and responsive pedagogical practices supporting positive and sustainable social change.⁠

Multi-week immersive arts programs within a school, community, or arts organization led by professional teaching artists.⁠

💜 Performance Ensembles⁠

Ten years ago 4C LAB opened our doors to a group of young people looking to use their art to create, to speak, to be heard. Our very first CoLAB performance ensemble, “In This Skin” in collaboration with “Say Word”, and led by Kat Magill with 4C LAB co-founders and set us in motion. ⁠
⁠
A decade later, 4C LAB has grown into a community where creativity is nurtured, voices are expressed, and collaboration brings people together.⁠
⁠
And at the center of it all are the young people who continue to show up, share their stories, and shape what 4C LAB becomes next. 🖤⁠

Hace diez años, 4C LAB abrió sus puertas a un grupo de jóvenes que buscaban utilizar su arte para crear, para alzar la voz y para ser escuchados. Nuestro primerísimo conjunto de artes escénicas CoLAB «In This Skin», en colaboración con «Say Word» y dirigido por Kat Magill y los cofundadores de 4C LAB, y fue lo que nos puso en marcha.⁠

How we show up for young people reflects what we value as a community. Access to education, creativity, and support should never be conditional. It should be foundational.
