Dive into Opportunity: Join Our Open Water Swim Coaching Team!
We’re a community of ocean lovers. Some are athletes, others adventure seekers, many simply come to play. All ages, all backgrounds. Side by side, stroke by stroke, we overcome fears and find joy in our wild waters. We exist to share our passion for the open water with swimmers and non-swimmers alike—because the ocean belongs to us all.
We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team of coaches for One with the Ocean - San Diego & Los Angeles chapters. If you have a love for the water, enthusiasm for coaching, and a desire to make a splash in the community, we want you!
Your very presence can influence others, to do good, to face their fears, to support someone else on their journey. When swimmers show up each week at OWO swims, they’re leading by example. They are leaders inherently and One With the Ocean provides the opportunity to do so safely in a community with arms wide open.
