The NO FAKES Act has cleared the Senate Judiciary Committee by unanimous voice vote!

This is a huge step.

But the work continues until this passes into law.

NAVA has had over 100 meetings on Capitol Hill in support of NO FAKES and will continue to advocate for this bill until it's passed.

The is heading to the Senate Judiciary Committee for a vote FRIDAY June 19th. This bill will establish an individual intellectual property right to your Voice, Image, Name, and Likeness.
