Here are some facts about chocolate you may not know.

There are three main types of chocolate- dark, milk and white.

There are several varieties that can be considered a subtype or type depending on the way they are processed. - semisweet, bittersweet, unsweetened, ruby chocolate and cocoa powder.

The rarest chocolate in the world is Pure Criollo Cacao. It only makes up 0.01% of global cacao.

The most sold chocolate worldwide is the Snickers bar and the Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate
