Yesterday for World Homeless Day, we spent the morning distributing cases of bottled water to our unhoused neighbors. A small act, but a powerful reminder that dignity begins with meeting basic needs.
It felt good to help, and even better to connect.

An afternoon of learning, laughter, and connection at our "Preserving Your Memory" workshop.

Our participants left with brain-health strategies, and "small snack, big power" recipe to feed the mind because brain-health starts from within. Courtesy of powerful smoothie ingredients and nuts sponsored by **Sprouts Farmers Market**. 🫐
