Clothing Drive for Out of the Closet (Monday, 5/9 at 7:45pm)
Spring cleaning! Come with some clothes you’re looking to shed, and we’ll compile for Out of theCloset. OotC Is a non-profit that provides free HIV testing and provides support through
HIV/AIDs treatment. This program is supported with a resale clothing store, and they frequently donate clothing to unhoused LGBTQ youth. We’ll have some light refreshments as people tricklein with their donations.
Candle Making Shabbat (6pm Friday 5/27)
Come one, come all for a night of candle making that will transition into celebrating shabbat together. We will provide all supplies necessary for you to make your uniquely colored and scented candle. Then, we will light a few of the candles, say some blessings, and enjoy Challah.
Q***r Writer’s Group (Tuesday, 5/24 at at 7:30pm)
A space for q***r artists of all media to share written work and get feedback in a supportive, q***r affinity space. After taking turns reading each person’s work, we’ll let the night naturally
devolve into smaller conversations over food and refreshments.
