The Five Layer Summer Dip Series continues ☀️
This week: whipped ricotta, crispy roasted white beans, and a gremolata that
might just steal the show.
One thing I love about entertaining is taking simple ingredients and layering them in a way
that feels special. Here, creamy whipped ricotta forms the base, roasted white beans add
warmth and texture, and a bright walnut gremolata made with California walnuts, lemon,
parsley, and garlic ties everything together.
It’s the kind of appetizer that feels equally at home on a picnic blanket, a patio table, or
alongside a glass of wine before dinner.
The formula remains the same:
✨ A creamy base - Whipped Ricotta
✨ A seasonal topping - Baked White Beans
✨ Fresh herbs / Crunch - California Walnut Gremolata
✨ A finishing touch - Olive Oil and Flaky Salt
This time, walnuts are doing double duty by adding both texture and richness to every bite.
