Life can be a really confusing puzzle
You do not understand how to make sense of all this confusion.
All of these feelings of guilt, sadness, anger, depression.
At times you feel that you may be experiencing only one of these emotions
or maybe all of them at once.
Do not worry though, even when it seems like all hope is lost and
it may be difficult to push through.
All the pieces will come together beautifully, even when it seems like everything is broken
and without repair.
We the Help Group will support you in making sense of all of this madness called life.

It can get really exhausting hiding behind a mask.

The mask of fake happiness or fake excitement that you are wearing all the time,

Because you don’t want people to think you are crazy or they just won’t understand.

But we get it.

How could we possibly understand though you might ask?

Well because just like you we got tired of wearing the mask all the time.

We were able to find a cure to our depression that did not come from over the counter drugs.

The cure came from a network of people who truly understood what depression was.

And armed with that knowledge were able to help us heal what we thought incurable.

The Help group truly aided our recovery.

You do not have to wear the mask any longer, take it off we want to help with what is really going on

We mean it when we say we are here to help.

We do not forget because do you ever forget what you are dealing with?

You don’t forget right nor do we.

We say what we mean and we mean what we say

No frills, no fakeness, we are just real people like you that care

From a simple message to a simple text we want you to know that you are not alone.

We believe in you and we care for you.

It is not to get a like or a hashtag, It is to help real people with real problems.

No one should suffer alone, so give us an opportunity to be the Help that you have been looking for.

When things get really hard and you feel like you are in a dark place with no way out.

Know that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Maybe you feel like a whole rain of problems are falling down on you
You feel a rain of doubts, sadness, depression, and suicidal thoughts all falling on top of you.

Just like the sun is always sure to come out even in the worst of storms let the Help group be the Sun to dry up the storm of problems that have been hovering over you

We see you and we can hear you.
No one is a lost cause and you matter.

Your feelings matter and your life matters. Where there is a will to change there is a will to live.

Give us a chance to help you. Help and hope is on the way. If you give us just one opportunity it can make a world of difference.

You haven’t come this far to give up. Truly, the only thing that can make you give up is your mindset! Remember: the day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit. Don’t stop moving forward, We believe in You.

Do you ever get tired of hiding behind a mask all the time because you are afraid that people might think you are crazy? That gets really exhausting.. really fast

You are afraid to tell people how you really feel because they won’t understand. But letting out what you feel can be freeing. Especially when you have someone who can let you know that you aren’t alone. Someone who will let you know that what you are feeling is real and that you aren’t crazy.

The Help group can be that friend who is always ready to listen and validate your thoughts feelings or whatever you are struggling with.

Free yourself it is in your hands!!
