We urgently need a Southern California foster for this sweet tiny grandma waiting at the Riverside shelter for someone to save her! She has a painful skin infection or wound on her face that will be addressed at the vet before she goes into foster care. She really needs someone who can start within 48 hours. Please, please share this little girl! We can’t help her without a dedicated foster and they are very hard to find right now. Jax has been waiting forever for a family to choose him! He’s great with cats and dogs and estimated to be about 3 years old. He’s working on his potty habits but is great about wearing his belly bands when needed. He’s a happy bouncing ball of love and we’re on a mission to find him a home. Her name is Camille now🤎 and she’s barely 4 months old so we know she’ll be able to put this all behind her real soon. We were really concerned for this little one because her gums were super pale and bloodwork confirmed she was SUPER anemic. A blood transfusion was considered based on her numbers but her energy and appetite are great so we’re not going to put her through that right now and monitor her very closely. Her complete work up at our vet costs about $500 and next week she will need another $500 in diagnostics and vaccines. Our funds are dwindling fast and we could really use your help to keep up with the lives we’re trying to save. Please consider donating by visiting our website linked our bio. Camille is about 3-4 months old and 14 pounds. We believe she’s going to be a medium dog- a perfect 30-40lbs. We aren’t quite sure what her breed is. She’ll be eligible for adoption when her stray hold is up and after she’s healthy enough to be vaccinated and spayed. This puppy needs immediate transport from Jarupa Valley (Riverside) to Long Beach! Their gums are pale due to flea and tick infestation and they need immediate vet care. (don’t worry, they’re dead now) Can anyone help this little one get to us today? Please please send us a DM if you can!

We are truly living in hell. What Pebbles is going through never should have happened and I can’t even begin to wrap my head around the pain and exhaustion she’s going through. I have to be honest you guys, the first thing the vet said is ‘this is going to be a huge expense’ and I know… but how could we sit back and let her die scared and completely alone without even trying to save her. It was either act now or let her die and we just couldn’t. LRD fam, we need you. Pebbles needs you. She won’t make it on the funds we have currently available. I’m praying a medical sponsor or two see this post and finds it in their heart to help us save her. She’s going to need a village. We’ll continue to post updates. Cookie needs a family! Shes 11 pounds, so sweet and not a shedder. She can be friendly with other dogs and cats but is mostly interested in her people 🤎 She loves attention but can also be independent with no separation anxiety while you’re gone. Shes an absolute dream but still no one has applied to adopt her! We’d love to find Cookie a family before she has to head to a new foster home this week. This little mama deserves a real forever home and some stability in her life now. Cookie is located in Long Beach, California and her 2 remaining babies are in the Oceanside area!
