Here’s an original 1960 cover from our Archives! (By the way, congratulations for the deserved honor of Oscar now appearing on a special Canadian commemorative coin! Yesterday was Louis Armstrong's birthday. He would be 121 years old - and his music will live forever. There simply is no jazz without Mr. Armstrong....

I was scheduled to record with him shortly after this photo was taken. Sadly he died before it could happen.
