EXPOSE these MONSTERS! All persons pictured in violation are directly from the Megan’s Law website. As parents, it is our right to protect our children from the danger
s that surround them. Any information you may have on these individuals should be reported to your local law enforcement agency. The information found on this page is public information and can be found on the Megan’s Law website. If you disagree with the information on this page, please contact the California Department of Justice (CADOJ) or your local law enforcement agency. We have no authority to change in violation status. With over 700,000 registered s*x offenders in the United States and more than 50,000 in California, it is important to know about Offenders that live near you and your children, especially the persons in violation currently. Offenders in violation pose a danger to our communities. By law, persons convicted of specified s*x crimes are required to register as s*x offenders with a local law enforcement agency. Registered s*x offenders are required to update their information annually, within five working days before or after their birthday. Some s*x offenders must update their information more often, transients must update their information every 30 days, and s*xually violent predators must update every 90 days. In violation, status does not mean a new crime has been committed, but it does mean the offender is currently in violation of their registration requirements. California's Megan's Law was enacted in 1996, Penal Code § 290.46. It mandates the California Department of Justice (CA DOJ) to notify the public about specified registered s*x offenders. Megan’s Law also authorizes local law enforcement agencies to notify the public about s*x offender registrants found to be posing a risk to public safety.
