Apparently someone has found another way to hurt and offend people for No reason. Here is a heads up for everyone. There is a new hack on FB. It includes a hurtful phrase coming from you. It is usually very dirty and appears that you have written it. You will NOT see it, but your friends will. This creates many misunderstandings. So to all of my contacts, if anything shocking, inappropriate, or indecent shows up, it's not from me.

Hygiene Kit Assembly Party on March 27, 2022.

We had a very successful hygiene kit assembly party this March 27, 2022. Thank you again to The Rotary Club of Crenshaw Park Hills Heights and Rotary Club of Westchester for helping to make this project possible. Thank you to Janet M Howell and Diane Howell for hosting the event at your beautiful home. We lovingly stuffed and donated 500 hygiene kits to The Power of a Shower to give to their guests. They provide showers to people experiencing homelessness and it's our honor to help in their mission.

We and The Rotary Club of Crenshaw Park Hills Heights are getting in gear to stuff 500 hygiene kits to donate to The Power of a Shower. Here, Jeffrey L Washington, Secretary of Hygiene Freaks, is lifting and hauling hygiene products to the location of our hygiene assembly kit party this Sunday. We are looking forward, to what has become an annual event, of fellow-shipping and giving.

Hygiene Freaks has partnered again with the Club of Crenshaw PHH to donate personal hygiene kits to the Power Of A Shower on March 27, 2022.

Three nonprofit organizations, whose missions are to serve the underserved, are working together to provide access to cleanliness to our unhoused neighbors in the Los Angeles area.

Power Of A Shower is an organization that offers free mobile showers to people experiencing homelessness in the Los Angeles area. Hygiene Freaks and the members of the Rotary Club of Crenshaw Park Hills Heights will visit the location to gift hygiene kits to its guests. Each kit will provide ample personal care products to maintain their basic hygiene needs between showers.

This will be Hygiene Freaks’ second donation launch and we are looking forward to serving our unhoused brothers and sisters with a token of our love and support. Our goal is to offer kits on a regular basis to local missions, homeless shelters and other nonprofit organizations that offer resources to people experiencing homelessness, particularly showers.

Become a Hygiene Freak! Help put a smile on someone’s face who feels unseen or dismissed because of an unfortunate situation. We believe there is power in clean and when you feel better …you do better.
