✨ Motivation Monday: Keep the Conversation Going.

On September 10, 2026 the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, in partnership with the Mexican American Bar Association and the @_langstonbar , hosted Debunking Imposter Syndrome Symptoms (DISS) at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse.

The event brought together law students and attorneys with seasoned judicial officers and attorneys for a candid, interactive conversation about imposter syndrome and navigating the legal profession.

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible panelists — Judge Rupert Byrdsong, Judge Sergio C. Tapia II, Judge André Birotte Jr., Judge Cindy Pánuco, Marcellus McRae, Partner at Gibson Dunn, Ludlow Creary, President of the John M. Langston Bar Association, and MABA President Lori Romero — for sharing their wisdom, experiences, and encouragement.

We were honored to hear from these accomplished Black and Latino leaders of the Los Angeles legal community, who reminded us that our insecurities don’t have to define our potential.

We left feeling energized, empowered, and ready to reject self-imposed limitations, recognize that we belong, and keep moving forward. 💪🏽✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this such a meaningful conversation!
