Powered by donations from churches and individuals, FDR delivers food, clean water, and supplies to disaster survivors in partnership with local Foursquare churches in or near disaster zones. FDR can even send trained first responders to assess the damage and provide best practices for rescue, recovery, and rebuilding efforts using locally sourced materials. While meeting physical needs, FDR also

cares for spiritual needs, deploying crisis-trained chaplains to bring hope and healing to those who need it most.

Recovery is underway in Guam, but the need for support continues.

Island Hope Guam is serving as a place of refuge, offering rest, charging stations, and care for families still without power or water. Outreach is focused on those most vulnerable, including elderly neighbors, formerly incarcerated families, and communities in flooded northern villages.

Local church leaders are coordinating grocery deliveries and supporting ongoing community needs. Across the island, churches are united. Elderly members are stepping out to visit neighbors, offer prayer, and bring encouragement house by house.

In Saipan, conditions are more severe, with widespread outages, flooded homes, and deep emotional and spiritual strain. Medically fragile individuals remain at risk, and military families are stepping in to support relief efforts.

Care reached beyond the walls of a clinic in Honduras.

Through FDR Medical, doctors, nurses, and volunteers came together to serve individuals and families with compassion, dignity, and practical care.

Each patient seen, each hand held, each prayer offered is a reminder that the love of Jesus meets people right where they are.

Please join us in prayer for Guam as they face Tropical Cyclone Sinlaku. Heavy rain, strong winds, and dangerous storm surges are expected across Guam and the central-southern Northern Mariana Islands in the coming days.

Pray for protection over every community, for peace in the midst of uncertainty, and for the storm to shift away from populated areas.

Pray for:

• Peace over the storm
Pray that the Lord would silence the storm and bring calm over the islands. (Mark 4:39)

• Protection over life and property
Ask God to place a hedge of protection over every community.
Pray for safety for the most vulnerable: the elderly, children, the sick, and those without shelter.
Pray for diligence in preparation and wisdom as people follow government guidance.

• Strength for responders and systems
Lift up first responders, asking for endurance, safety, and clarity.
Pray for the three hospitals and island clinics — for protection, capacity, and provision.

• Unity in leadership and communication
Pray for clear communication and strong unity between local and federal leaders as they respond. (Psalm 91:11)

• The Church to be a refuge
Pray for island churches to be filled with God’s presence and compassion.
May they be places of peace, strength, and tangible care in this moment.

The love of God has been made tangible across the islands in the midst of devastating flooding. Churches throughout the region have stepped forward to serve their communities, and we are grateful to come alongside them, bringing practical care to those most impacted.

Pastor Terence Chow of Hope Chapel Mililani is on the ground, serving his community with strength and compassion after devastating flooding in Hawaii.

A local farm near the Kaukonahua Stream was still reeling after being submerged in 6–7 feet of water. Through a Foursquare Disaster Relief grant, critical supplies were purchased to support cleanup and recovery efforts, helping restore what was lost and bring hope back to this land.

The volunteer team is serving in Honduras this week, hosting clinic days and caring for the local community with compassion and excellence. 🩺❤️

Hawaiʻi is facing severe flooding after heavy rains on Oʻahu’s North Shore and parts of Maui County. Homes, roads, and vehicles have been inundated, thousands have been evacuated, and many remain without power as flood watches continue.

Today, the FDR team is deploying to Hawaiʻi to come alongside local leaders to support response to the flooding with immediate aid, and spiritual and emotional care.

Please join us in prayer for Hawaiʻi. Pray for our Foursquare family who has been affected and for every person who has been displaced. Pray for peace, protection, and for the rain and flooding to end.
