January's Goal Review Session was such a success! There's nothing like gathering like-minded community members to hold space, share goals, successes, failures and more.Β 

Here's some key takeaways from our 3rd meeting and first Goal Review:Β 

Like our Project management professional Imani said, Winter is the time to "Rest and Invest"! And the group couldn't agree more.Β 

Talking through our goals we realized our community has achieved so much progress in the first month of 2025. Despite the political landscape and personal stressors, we are finding ways to focus on what is most important to our success - leaning into new career opportunities, following self care routines that include movement and discipline.Β 

As a group we've made some important pivots and taken accountability for areas where progress has slowed. We're getting in tune with the seasonal and menstrual changes in our bodies, leaning into when to rest and when to progress.Β 

Overall, the collective energy never fails us.Β 

If you're interested in setting consistent goals and building community, our next meeting will be March 7th at 4pm EST.Β
