Earl Skip Cooper Foundation

Earl Skip Cooper Foundation WE ARE ADDRESSING THE REALITIES OF TODAY

In planning for the future, ESCF maintains that innovation is inevitable.

ESCF will strive to “serve humanity” and improve the quality of life for people of all ages, from all walks of life through business creation, spiritual enrichment, and pivotal advantages that lead to future success in a person’s life. The process for how practices and procedures are implemented or carried out changes constantly. As a result, what is applicable today, may not be an option for tomo

rrow. Black businesses are struggling to recover from Covid-19 disruptions. For example, business owners of restaurants, retail stores, beauty salons and other businesses were disproportionately impacted by restrictions and inequitable access to loans and government financial support programs.
