“Hello, my name is Yvette Hernandez I am your community outreach specialist with Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles Council serving the San Fernando Valley area. I help create troops that empower the women and girls in the community through various meetings that we host in local community centers, libraries, and schools.

My commitment is to collaborate with parents, school districts, and members of the community to create girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.

I love being part of this community and being able to bring a positive program such a Girl Scouts, through the leadership and commitment of our volunteers. Come join our meetings and see what we are all about!”
