Today would have been the birthday of Mikey Aslam. As a tribute to him, his family donated items to the Santa Fe Animal Shelter & Humane Society. Here you see Cuddles and she was VERY happy to get a new toy. It was a great picture that I was lucky to snap. She was recently adopted and this photo won 2nd place in the Los Alamos County Fair this past weekend.

As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to an end, C'YA always has a training available for local businesses, clubs and organizations. No training is too small and groups over 35 may schedule more than one session back to back or on separate days.

Tomorrow, C'YA will have a full house at the Health, Wellness and Resource Fair. The 10am-2pm event at Graves Hall of the United Church (2525 Canyon Road) has some GREAT folks representing cradle to retirement! Cutting edge Tinnitus research, FREE programs for Veterans of ALL ages with Healing America's Heroes, Nutrition, volunteer activities, Al-Anon, things to do and even a dog! Donations of pet food and treats is greatly appreciated by lots of furry friends. OH and FREE!! One of the many raffle gifts is a $20 gift certificate to the Friends of the Book Store!!! Thank you to100 Men Who Care!!! We COULD NOT have done this without you!
