It has taken us days to process the painful loss of a great friend, Gene Pietrini. Today, as we still mourn, we want to take the time not just to extend our condolences to the Pietrini family but to also honor the memory of one of the greatest supporters of Grateful Hearts. Gene Pietrini was someone who believed in the vision and mission of Grateful Hearts, who not only prayed for this organization to become a reality and to continue on, but also faithfully supported the mission and endeavors of Grateful Hearts until the very end. To a great friend and supporter of Grateful Hearts, we say you will missed; we are grateful for the opportunity and honor of having partnered with you in our mission of “Providing Hope for the Hurting.” The impact you had in the lives of others, not just through Grateful Hearts, but through the love and service you gave to others will forever be remembered.
