SCLL is an all-volunteer run non-profit that believes in the power of youth baseball and softball to teach life lessons that build stronger individuals and communities. Our mission is to teach children the game of baseball and softball through a fun learning experience that stresses good sportsmanship, leadership, teamwork, goal-setting, and respect for themselves and others; to help children build self confidence, become responsible citizens, improve athletic skills and knowledge, and develop a healthy competitive spirit. To achieve this objective, South County Little League will provide a supervised program under the Rules and Regulations of Little League Baseball. All Directors, Officers and Members shall bear in mind that the attainment of exceptional athletic skill or the winning of games is secondary, and the molding of future citizens is of prime importance.
