It only takes a few inches of water for tragedy to happen.

Bathtubs, kiddie pools, buckets, coolers, and more can pose risks for young children.

✋ Stay within an arm’s reach of the child
🛁 Empty tubs and water containers after use and turn upside down.
❌ Never leave young children unattended around water.
🫧Small moments matter when it comes to water safety! Make every moment count.

We hope to see you June 30th!

Join us at Child Care Resource Center’s Regional Business Partnership Summit! CCRC is a resource for families in the region to find childcare easily and with care.

This resource is important because child care enables parents and guardians to work, therefore making businesses grow and making our economy more sustainable. Supporting child care efforts is one of the most direct ways we can support the working families who live and work here.

We are excited our CEO, Eric Wobser, was invited to share a few thoughts at the event!

Whether you are a business owner, HR professional, workforce leader, community partner, or work in the childcare business we are asking you to be there.

DCY Email:

We want to make sure you've had the chance to complete the 2026 Early Care and Education Market Rate Survey.
Check your inbox. You should have received an invitation on June 8 and a reminder yesterday (June 16) from Strategic Research Group (SRG), an independent research firm conducting this survey on behalf of DCY. Emails will come from [email protected] or [email protected] . If you don't see them, check your spam or junk folder and consider adding both addresses to your safe sender list.

Why your response matters.
This survey helps DCY understand the current child care landscape in Ohio, including availability of care, workforce challenges, funding, and barriers to participating in the Publicly Funded Child Care (PFCC) program. All providers are encouraged to complete it, whether or not you currently provide PFCC. Completing the survey does not obligate you to participate in PFCC.

Your information is protected.
Responses are tied to a randomly assigned passcode, not your program's identifying information. Published reports will only include summary data across all providers.
A note on rate sheets.
A random sample of respondents may be asked to submit their rate sheet and additional information to help determine the cost of high-quality care.
