The weather looks to be holding out through the day, and rain or shine, we’re still going to march, celebrate, dance, and party in Lorain!

Parade — 1 PM
Festival — 2 PM at Oakwood Park

Bring your flags, bring your family, and bring that Puerto Rican pride!

As the 2026 Lorain International Festival comes to a close, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us throughout the weekend!

From today's incredible Parade and Bazaar to all of the music, food, and culture, this festival continues to be a wonderful celebration of our community and the many traditions that make Lorain so special.

Thank you to our volunteers, sponsors, performers, vendors, parade participants, and everyone who came out to support the festival. Your enthusiasm and generosity make this event possible year after year.

We hope you made lasting memories, and we can't wait to celebrate with you again next year. Until then, thank you for making the 2026 Lorain International Festival such a tremendous success!

🎉 What an incredible second day at the Lorain International Festival! Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate the rich cultures, traditions, music, food, and community that make this festival so special. Your enthusiasm and support have made this year's event unforgettable!

🌍 Today is our final day of celebration, and we can't wait to see you for one last day of fun!

🎊 The festivities begin at 11:30 AM with the Lorain International Parade down Broadway Avenue in downtown Lorain. Come line the streets and cheer on the colorful parade as we celebrate our community's diversity!

🛍️ After the parade, be sure to visit our International Bazaar, featuring unique vendors, delicious food, and cultural experiences. The bazaar will be open until 5:00 PM.

Let's finish this amazing weekend together! We look forward to seeing you downtown for one final day of international celebration! 🌎❤️

Traffic Alert Reminder: Lorain International Day Parade

The Lorain International Day Parade will take place on Sunday, June 28, 2026. Drivers should plan ahead for road closures, no-parking restrictions, increased pedestrian traffic, and possible delays in the downtown area.

Road Closures: 10:00 a.m. to approximately 2:00 p.m.

- Broadway Avenue from W. 18th Street to W. Erie Avenue
- Elyria Avenue from W. 18th Street to the Broadway divide
- W. Erie Avenue from Broadway to Washington Avenue

No Parking: 6:00 a.m. to approximately 2:00 p.m.

- Broadway Avenue from W. 9th Street to W. Erie Avenue
- Washington Avenue from W. 6th Street to W. Erie Avenue

Vehicles parked in violation of posted emergency no-parking signs may be ticketed and towed.

Please use caution, watch for pedestrians, and consider alternate routes if traveling through the area.

🎉 What an incredible first night at the Lorain International Festival Bazaar! The energy, the amazing performances, the delicious food, and the incredible community support made for an unforgettable kickoff. Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make opening night such a success!

Now it's time to kick off another exciting community tradition! 🌎🎉 The Lorain International Festival Bazaar opens TONIGHT!

🎊 Opening Ceremony begins at 5:00 PM, so come celebrate the start of an amazing weekend filled with culture, food, music, and fun for the whole family!
