If you want to feel inspired today, let me tell you about the two young men who knocked on our door last week and then again today. They didn't just ask to cut our grass; they went door-to-door for four blocks and now have five regular homes for the summer.
What really got me was their setup. They don't have a truck or fancy trailers yet—they’re using a little red wagon to haul away every bag of clippings so nothing stays on the lawn. They are working this hard because they have a goal: to earn enough for their own professional gear. Before people talk down on a generation, they need to see this kind of grit.
