This one-of-a-kind experience is about more than walking on fire. It’s about overcoming fear, understanding mindset, and building resilience — whether or not you choose to take the walk. The talk and guided experience alone are powerful and impactful.

Come support the Class of 2027, reflect on your own leadership journey, and connect with fellow alumni as we explore what's possible when we move through fear together.

💙 Today is Connect to a Cause!

From 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. today, Lorain County is coming together to support the nonprofits that make our community stronger—and Leadership Lorain County is proud to be part of it!

For more than 40 years, LLC has brought people together to learn, connect, lead, and serve. Through our Signature Class, Internship Program, alumni network, and community partnerships, we invest in people who care deeply about Lorain County and give them opportunities to turn that passion into action.

Yesterday, we welcomed our 42nd Signature Class and kicked off another year of developing leaders who will help shape the future of our community. 💙

When you give to Leadership Lorain County, you're investing in people—and in the ripple effect created when those people use their leadership to serve others.

✨ THE WAIT IS OVER—meet the Leadership Lorain County Signature Class of 2027!

These 36 leaders represent the businesses, nonprofits, schools, government agencies, and community organizations that help Lorain County thrive. They bring different experiences, perspectives, talents, and ideas—but they share a commitment to becoming stronger leaders and making a difference in our community.

Their journey begins this Wednesday with our Kickoff and Road Rally! Over the next nine months, they will experience Lorain County in a whole new way, build relationships across sectors, challenge themselves, and discover how they can create meaningful change together.

We are so excited to officially welcome the Signature Class of 2027! 💙💚🌈
