National Day of Wellness: ROOTED

Wellness grows stronger when it’s rooted in community.

This National Day of Wellness, Lorain County Urban League Young Professionals is embracing ROOTED: Strengthen Community Connections, part of this year’s theme, Pour Into You: Rooted, Restored & Rested.

We’re focused on connecting our community with wellness resources, support, and one another.

🎯 Our goal: 150 Wellness Kits!

Join us Saturday, September 12 from 11 AM–6 PM at El Centro’s Annual Block Party Bash, where we’ll distribute wellness kits and connect community members with resources that support healthier lives.

Each kit is one small way to pour back into our community and 150 kits means 150 opportunities to remind someone that their wellness matters.
