Did you know that the Uplands Regional Landbank is actively investing in the future of housing and neighborhood revitalization right here in Martin County?

The Landbank currently owns 102 John Street in Loogootee and is also overseeing the construction of a brand-new 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Shoals. These projects are helping create new housing opportunities while transforming underutilized properties into valuable community assets.

It was a beautiful day for a business visit at USG Corporation!

It’s always great to spend time with the team and learn more about the incredible work happening right here in Martin County. We are continually amazed that this facility ships out enough locally made wallboard to fill approximately 90 trucks every single day.

The dedication of the employees and the impact this operation has on our local economy are truly impressive. Thank you to the USG team for the warm welcome and for all you do to help keep Martin County moving forward!

👉 An incubator space is a program designed to support early-stage businesses by providing them with the resources, mentorship, and access to a supportive environment needed for growth.
