Just to show you how important our senior center is to the community, check out the analytics the last 28 days. We’ve had 181,700 views! It’s part of the reason our crowdfunding campaign has been so successful thus far. It’s also the reason we are seeing new faces in the Center! Thank you so much everyone for being here and for caring about our center! ♥️

13 of us had a great exercise session with Maddie from Harvest Health Rehab this afternoon.
Stretches, dumbells, pool noodle thirds, balloons - had a great time, laughs, and moved our bodies from head to toe!

Just as we finished, Tiffany Dishong walked in with a birthday cake and totally surprised her mother, Susie Page. 3-4 folks passed on cake but most of us had a piece, after singing Happy Birthday. Thank you Tiffany. Exercise then cake - as Rita said, it's all about balance 😄
