It is communicated to them that those in the Scouting family care about what happens to them, regardless of whether a game is won or lost. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, Scouting promotes activities that lead to personal responsibility and high self-esteem. This Women’s History Month, we’re celebrating women who lead with passion and elevate every Scouting experience. Meet Rebecca Meger, Phillippo’s new Summer Camp Director! Since 2019, she’s brought high‑energy fun to Northern Star youth. From seven summers at Tomahawk to Fall Camp or Polar Cubs, to Snow Base with older Scouts, Rebecca has seen it all.

Campers know her as “Eagle,” honoring her place in the first class of female Eagle Scouts. We’re thrilled to welcome her to Phillippo this summer!
