What an incredible way to celebrate ONE YEAR of FiA!

One year of showing up, pushing ourselves, making friendships, encouraging one another, and becoming 1% better every day. What started as a workout has grown into something so much bigger—a community of strong, supportive women who continue to show up for each other.

Thank you to every woman who has been part of this first year, to our families and friends who came out to celebrate, and to the local businesses who supported us. We are so grateful for this FiA family and excited for everything year two has in store!

Always women. Always free. Always outside.

What an incredible FIRST YEAR it has been for FiA PineyWoods!

What started as a few women simply showing up at 5am has grown into something so much bigger than a workout. We’ve built friendships, encouraged one another through the good, the bad and the ugly, stepped outside our comfort zones, and watched so many women grow stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

We’ve laughed, sweated, pushed ourselves, welcomed new faces, and celebrated every little victory along the way.

FiA has become a place where women can show up exactly as they are, work at their own pace, and know they have a whole group cheering them on.

We are so thankful for every woman who has shown up, every Q who has stepped up, and everyone who has helped make this first year so special.

Here’s to ONE YEAR of FiA and many more to come!
Always women. Always free. Always outside.

The Baker led us today—and this workout was definitely not a piece of cake! 🍰💪

But piece by piece, we got it done! We partnered up, and while one person tackled a series of exercises, their partner completed a lap before switching. We encouraged each other, pushed through together, and got the job done on this Friday morning! 👏🏼

As always, modifications are given, and you work at your own pace and fitness level. No matter where you are, there’s a place for you at FiA! ❤️

These ladies, plus a few who had to head out before the picture, chose to get out of their comfy beds and put in the work to take care of themselves and their bodies. 💪🏼💗

It’s not always easy to get up at 5am, but showing up for yourself is always worth it! We’re getting 1% better every day, together. 🫶🏼
