2017 BIG PINES BLUES FESTIVAL

The Big Pines Blues Festival is a two day outdoor concert event, held at the Maude Cobb Convention and Activity Center in Longview, Texas on the first week-end of June each year. Advance ticket sales will be available for online purchase only.

We are proud to announce that our name has changed. We are now the BIG PINES BLUES SOCIETY OF EAST TEXAS! We are currently in the organizational stage! page will be changed. We are planning for a Blues Festival in 2020. The Junior Showcase, which is for Blues guitar slingers will be on 5/11/2019 at Heritage Plaza in Longview, Tx. This is free!! Bring your chairs! Come and support these amazing youth!

We are proud to announce our finalist for this year's Junior Showcase. It will be held on Saturday, 5/26:at 4:00 pm at Heritage Plaza, downtown Longview, at the corner of Green and Methvin Streets. Buddy Flett and Bluesbeat will be in concert after the Showcase! Admission is FREE! Just bring your lawn chairs! There will be food trucks and vendors. The Junior Showcase is made possible through a grant from the City of Longview!
