Hey everyone! I’m Trinity, and I’m super passionate about mental health. I love advocating for it by writing and sharing real-life stories. If you ever feel inspired to share your own story, hit me up at [email protected]—we’d really love to have you as one of our next published authors in our annual writing project! Here in Longview, I run two therapy practices that take a holistic approach. We use sensory integration techniques to get your body ready for mental activities. During our counseling sessions, we look at the whole person—spirit, mind, body, emotions, and social life.
I think about my strengths in my job as a counselor and behavioral specialist, I really appreciate my ability to connect with families and folks from all walks of life. It amazes me how natural it feels to just love people where they are. I was reading in First Corinthians about how Paul adapted to different people, whether they were weak, believers, or not. He was able to see people for who they really are and not solely where they currently are. He aimed to guide them toward salvation, and I like to think that’s a big part of the ministry God has for me—to lead with love and capability. Through that, I can shine as a light of Christ, promoting mindfulness and creativity, and my main goal isn’t to fix things but just to guide people along the way.
1 Corinthians 9:22-23
[22] To the weak I became weak, that I might gain the weak; I have become all things to all people, so that I may by all means save some. [23] I do all things for the sake of the gospel, so that I may become a fellow partaker of it
We try to keep our services affordable because I truly believe everyone deserves support without it costing a fortune.
