Yesterday was Sarah’s very first day volunteering at CAP, and she absolutely rocked it! 🎉 We are so proud of her for stepping into a new opportunity with such a positive attitude and a big smile. This is another exciting step on her journey toward greater independence and community involvement.

A huge thank you to Roni and Abbi for making Sarah’s first day so welcoming, encouraging, and fun. Your kindness and support helped make this a wonderful experience, and we truly appreciate the time you took to help her feel right at home. ❤️

🎉👽 Adam’s Birthday: Mac & Me 🍕🍿 *Chaos Edition*

Adam’s Place celebrated Adam’s birthday with a Mac & Me movie day/night, and the evening committed fully to the theme. It was full of nostalgia and laughs.

The day started with…
📡 internet issues… ugh
🍿 slightly overachieved (burned) popcorn
🔪 and a mysteriously missing pizza cutter

Very on brand.

We hosted three sessions, and while I was only able to capture one, the heart behind all three was the same. 💙 If anyone else took pictures, please send them to me or post here.

Adam is in heaven now, but we’re pretty sure he was laughing at us while we pulled it together.

Huge thank you to our amazing Quality Assurance team, our directors and Elizabeth for stepping in with:

Thank you to the staff and families who came out, rolled with the chaos, and shared a night full of laughs and love. Thank you Jessica and Kayla who stayed after to help us clean up! 🧹
