Happy National Coaches Day to all of our incredible GLSA coaches! ⚽️💙
To the dedicated men and women who show up week after week—rain or shine—to teach, encourage, and inspire our players: thank you.
You do so much more than draw up plays and run drills. You build confidence, model sportsmanship, and create a safe, fun space where our kids learn what it truly means to be part of a team. The lessons you teach on the pitch stay with our athletes long after the final whistle blows.
We know the endless hours, energy, and heart you pour into this league, and GLSA wouldn't be the family it is without you.
Today we celebrate YOU! Make sure to drop a line in the comments or give your coach an extra big high-five at the next practice!

Good morning, GLSA families!
The morning pitch inspection is complete and the fields are in great shape—all games are on as scheduled today!
Let’s get these kids out on the field, enjoy the nice weather, and have some fun this weekend. Good luck to all our teams playing today! ⚽

We know everyone is eager to hit the pitch! A quick reminder: just because it’s raining doesn’t mean games are canceled. As long as the fields are safe and playable and there is no lightning in the area, we will play!
To protect our players and field conditions, our team will be out walking the fields first thing in the morning to assess conditions.
Keep your eyes out for an official update by 7:30 AM!
Fingers crossed—keep your gear packed and ready to go!
