Fair meeting tonight, April 12th at 8pm. All are welcome!

At tonight’s meeting:

All mowing bids were rejected and the opportunity is re-opened. Bids are due by April 12th at noon and may be emailed to the [email protected]

We voted to have the theme, America the Beautiful celebrating 250 years of freedom! There will be some special events such as a photo contest around that theme. More will be revealed closer to the fair.

We are moving forward with the rodeo grounds project and will be working on it soon.

There was great attendance and discussion this evening! Many thanks to all who were a part of it all!

Fair meeting tonight, March 1st at 7:00pm. We meet in the kitchen space and all are welcome!

We are accepting bids for mowing the fairgrounds!

This will be for the main area where the buildings are located and the area close to the rodeo arena.

Trimming and debris removal from around the buildings is also expected.

We anticipate up to 8 mowings and anything more would need approval.

If you want to see exactly what is expected mowed, a meeting could possibly be arranged.

Please email your bids to [email protected] before 3:00pm March 1st.

📣 Exciting News!

The Elk County Free fair is honored to receive a grant from the Elk County Community Foundation to support our work in the greater Elk County area! 🎉

Thanks to this generous funding from the Foundation and those amazing people who requested their donation go to our fair during the match event, we’ll be able to continue our building vision!

We are working to better the facilities and give the Elk County community a useful space they can be proud of!
