January BOD meeting:
Most significant was upcoming survey mandated by State to determine amount of money to be held in reserve for maintenance.
Wipes in toilets still a problem. Vickie's resignation.
Still looking into Healthcare for employees.
Building management will also become more aggressive to ferret out fake family members using units and fining owners renting units to fake
" family" members. They know who you are and will be coming after you. Unit users not registered at office according to building rules will be denied entrance.
